Senator Kookesh, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 95 "An Act                                                                         
naming the ferry terminal located at Auke Bay in Juneau the Frank                                                               
Palmer Ferry Terminal" for a 1:00 p.m. Transportation Committee                                                                 
meeting on March 24. Without objection, it was so ordered.
